Trauma Clean Pros treats Drug Lab Cleanup work in Olney as a specialized remediation category — residue testing, porous material removal, and documented clearance, not general cleaning.
Talk To A Technician
These are the standards Trauma Clean Pros holds on every Drug Lab Cleanup call in Olney, from initial testing through final clearance.
Certification and insurance travel with every Olney technician on every Drug Lab Cleanup job, no exceptions.
Our Olney dispatch pulls from a nearby crew, not a distant regional hub.
Pricing is locked in once testing confirms the actual scope of contamination.
Surface wipe sampling kits, PPE rated for chemical exposure, and porous material removal equipment travel with every Drug Lab Cleanup crew.
No two Drug Lab Cleanup calls in Olney look the same, so our team tests first, then proposes a scope based on lab results.
We test before assuming scope, since contamination in a former lab property doesn't always match what's visible.
Anything porous that tested positive gets removed — chemical residue in these materials doesn't respond to surface cleaning.
We test and treat HVAC systems separately, since ducts can recirculate residue into cleared rooms if left untreated.
Extended ventilation periods help clear residual chemical off-gassing from materials before final clearance testing is performed.
We retest after remediation and provide documentation showing the property meets clearance standards.
Buyers and sellers navigating a disclosed former lab property get testing and documentation timed to support the transaction process.
Call +1-844-401-0166 and a dispatcher asks about the property history and any known contamination before scheduling testing.
Once scheduled, a technician arrives at your Olney property to begin the testing phase.
Results determine the actual scope, and we provide a firm price for remediation once testing is complete.
Remediation is completed and the property is retested, closing with documented clearance results for the property record.
